• 16-22 years of age
• Minimum height
• Men = 165 cm
• Women = 160 Cm
• Healthy physically and spiritually

• Fits 4x6 size color photo of 2 pieces
• Color postcard photo of 2 pieces
• Photo copy of the last certificate of 1 sheet
• Photo copy of the award have each 1 sheet
• Completing the registration form and submitpay a registration fee of 25.000,-
